Service Description
Scalp Therapy is a customizable 45-minute treatment designed to address various scalp needs, complete with a relaxing experience that includes a hot towel, steamer, scalp exfoliation, and head massage techniques: Dry Scalp Option: Relieves dry, itchy, and dandruff-prone scalps. Moisturizing Option: Hydrates and nourishes dry to normal scalp types. Hair Growth Option: Infuses biotin to strengthen hair and support growth. Each service is tailored to ensure a healthy scalp while promoting relaxation and overall hair wellness.
Cancellation Policy
We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policy moving forward. Please note we have updated our cancellation policy. :::: We implement policy for our stylists to ensure they will be payed for their time. One color service can block off anywhere from 2-6 hours for chemical services. When you no-show your stylist it leaves them with no work during your blocked time and no time to fill it. We understand that life happens and that you may not be able to keep your appointment . We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours of notice, in these circumstances. Last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ leave gaps in our stylist’s schedule that we are unable to fill in without sufficient notice. Cancellations or Rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services. ‘No shows’ will result in limited scheduling abilities for future bookings, as well as a 100% service charge for the missed appointment.
